Cancellation Policy
We do have a cancellation policy where we request 24hours notice if you need to amend your appointment. Otherwise we have to charge a minimum of 50% to cover our overheads for empty appointments. We hope you understand that as a small business this charge is to help us survive the current climate without drastically increasing our charges for treatments.
Complimentary Texts
We do send out complimentary texts to our customers as an appointment reminder. However please understand that these are complimentary NOT mandatory. We try our best to send them out but if we’re too busy working or a mistake is made with taking the phone number then you may not receive one. We do expect clients to remember their own appointments and not rely on us to send out messages. Appointment cards are available at the salon to help remember appointments.
Patch Testing
Some treatments DO require a patch test that needs to be done no less than 24 hours before your treatment if you’re a new client. If you’re an existing client but has undergone any medical procedure within the last 3 months, a patch test will need to be redone. You don’t need an appointment for a patch test, it’s a walk in service.
