A microdermabrasion facial is classed as an electronic facial treatment as we use a suctioning hand-piece that has a diamond-surfaced tip to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. This treatment is not invasive but will be slightly abrasive due to the rough texture of the tipped heads. We can also attach various tipped heads as they can target scarring or harder to reach areas like the nasal crease and brow bone. The treatment goal is to help minimise the thicker and uneven layers of dead skin that sits on your face. Other people have found it has helped to minimise scarring, light pigmentation, sun damage and even stretch marks.
During the 60-minute treatment, you will experiecne a superficial cleanse, a deep cleanse, toning, microdermabrasion, pore extraction (optional) masque, a soothing neck and shoulder massage then finishing off with product dermal layering. We use dermalogica products to help you achieve the best-looking skin whilst also keeping it healthy.
